A top bar hive MUST be stable, which means strong legs, firmly attached to the body. A full, working hive is likely to weigh in at 100 kilos or more!

Why do images get compressed? that is taller and skinnier than it should be.

Hives in use. In the next field, there are 1000 varieties of apple tree, arranged in alphabetical order!

Regarding the legs - version 3.0 should have much stronger legs, and we're looking at non-plywood materials for the same reason.
