Hello to Open Source Beehives team!
I am an MSc student in Greece and I have been currently working on a dynamical system representing the evolution that occure in a community, city or group of people, animals etc when a virus/rumor/weather phenomenon is present. Me and my colleagues, have developed a model that shows the effect of a virus in a community and specific thresholds to stop the virus propagation. We would like to test our model using a real-world dataset because we believe that we could have a better understanding of our model and great insight from this application. Specifically, we would like to work with a graph representing a bee community. We would kindly request if possible, for data about a bee community (the amount of bees, the location of the community and weather conditions, honey production) for a period of one-two months in order to check whether our model can reproduce the effect of weather conditions in the behavior and productivity of the community.
I am looking forward to your response,
Best Regards,
angeliki

Angeliki, I don't have any such dataset, but I would suggest contacting Dr. Marla Spivak at the university of Minnesota as she does a lot of bee research.
