Has somebody already been thinking to break down the beehive files for smaller CNC machines?
The biggest disadvantage would probably be that it has to be re-done for every design change. Is there any way to avoid that?

Hi Martinderm. As there are many machines and material dimensions out there, you may want to customise the nesting files to suit the machine and stock that you have. You could use some CAD CAM open source software or freeware to adapt your own nesting files.
Here are some options to explore: Blender, Inkscape, OpensCAD, FreeCAD, LibreCAD,
I have exported the nesting files in multiple formats so you can find one that fits your software.
The DXF files should work across the board.

Thanks for your answer! Sounds like this is a fairly standard procedure then. I am totally new to CNC and will consult local experts
