Hi,
The CNC machine at www.metalab.at is running LinuxCNC which needs GCode Files.
How can I convert your files to GCode ?
regards, Leopold

You have to create a toolpath and then the toolpathing software (I used Vcarve) can output gcode. But even within gcode there are a ton of different file formats which is why I'm guessing OSB didn't include the gcode as one of the github files. I don't know why they didn't include a toolpath file as part of that group though. Was that also because of a variety of file formats?
Either way the guys at metalab should be able to tell you what type of gcode their CNC machine runs off. Hopefully they also have the toolpathing software that outputs that type of code.

Each brand and model of CNC machine is different in the way it interprets gcode. When you produce a gcode file in VCarve or other CAD/CAM programs you have to specify what machine it will be used on. I tried running a .gc file for a Haas machine on a Mach3 CNC and the machine crashed, causing damage to the machine. Posting a generic gcode file would be asking for trouble.
